Oikos is one of the premier Web sites in the green building movement. Each month more than 200,000 unique visitors come to the site generating well over 2,000,000 page hits. Sales leads generated by company pages indicate that most Oikos visitors are design and construction professionals. Roughly 25 percent are architects and designers, 25 percent are builders and subcontractors, and 25 percent are engineers, consultants, materials suppliers, trade group representatives, utility personnel, government agency staff. The rest are consumers engaged in a construction project.

Enhanced Listing
Advertising on Oikos provides multiple paths to your company information. The comprehensive advertising package includes these standard features:
A full page ad containing text and graphics that describes your products (example).
A featured company link appears in the Oikos Product Directory database menu for your CSI Division (examples: Wood, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Mechanical, Finishes, etc.).
You enjoy a preferred position in product directory searches (example). Advertisers are listed first in alphabetical order.
Product Directory icons draw the visitors attention and inform them that your company provides additional information on the site (see example above). Visitors love additional information!
The Oikos automated sales lead form delivers the names, addresses and phone numbers of qualified prospects directly to your email box.
A link to your own web site.
Advertisers are featured in the Oikos Product Gallery (example). A small photo and link appears on a rotating basis. Every day thousands of visitors will see your company in this high exposure position.
Several of the enhanced features appear on a page dedicated to your company. Your full page ad describes your products -- information eagerly sought by Oikos visitors. The standard company page includes 300-400 words of text, a photograph or drawings and a sales lead form that allows viewers to request more information. A link to your own Web site can be included, too. There is no setup fee for pages. Iris' staff will construct the basic page at no charge. Here's an example of a full page advertisement. Cost is $400 per year.
Oikos News Feed Sponsor
The Oikos News Feed is a monthly opt-in email that alerts visitors to news stories on the site. Current circulation is about 2,400. A single sponsor appears in each issue. Cost is $400 per issue (CPI=.16).
Banners
These locations are static pages (those not in the database-driven Product Directory). The first five are navigation pages. These high traffic pages would be good for building brand identity. Below are pages that offer less traffic but greater subject matter relevance. These content pages can help you target a specific audience.

Display Ad Package
Display ads are linked to a specific Division in the Oikos Product Directory, allowing you to target visitors that are searching for a product in your "neighborhood." A display ad gives you exclusive exposure within that Division, because no other ads will be sold on these pages, including Division Menu, Subdivision Menu, Category List. A Tower ad is 200 x 400 pixels. The traffic varies between each division, so the price varies as well. This package also includes an enhanced listing.
