Nutech Ventilation Controls

Nutech has introduced a trio of new controls to accompany their complete line of Lifebreath heat recovery ventilators.

The heart of the package is the Base Module, which is mounted to the exterior of the HRV unit. It has a keypad for user input that comes standard on most Lifebreath models. The Base Module controls timed operation, fan speed and defrost. It also performs a self-diagnostic test of HRV functions. The Base Module connects to remote control devices located in other parts of the building.

The Digital Electronic Timer can be mounted up to 60 feet from the HRV. It can override the Base Module and activate high-speed operation. Because it's easy to install and operate, it works well in bathrooms, laundries and other high moisture areas.

The Air Sentry monitors indoor air quality and activates high-speed operation when carbon monoxide, formaldehyde, benzene and volatile organic compounds are detected.

The wall-mounted Digital Programmable Control (not pictured) combines 7-day timer, programmable dehumidistat and Air Sentry functions into one control. Users can monitor indoor humidity and HRV operation with its digital display.
