Bell Lighting Technologies

Every Bell Light fixture has four unique characteristics to enhance performance.

  1. All fixtures position the HID lamp horizontally, because HID lamps produce light around the curve of the tube. This position directs 50 percent of the light directly downward.
  2. Flat panels are used for the fixture, taking into account proven angles of deflection and precise distances between the bulb and the reflective surfaces.
  3. Lightweight, rustproof ISO 9000 Marine Aluminum is used for all fixtures. The material is highly reflective and promotes cooler operating temperatures.
  4. Mineral-based power coating reflects 95 to 98 percent of the light that strikes it. The coating corrosion proof and acid resistant.

Models are available with 250, 400, 500, 600, 800, 1000 or 1200 watt Metal Halide or High Pressure Lamps. All fixtures are CSA and UL listed and covered by a 30-year warranty against manufacturer defects. The company received its ISO 9001 certification in 1999.

Mechanically Ventilated Fixture

Most of the energy (56 percent) sent to a light turns to heat, which can drive up cooling costs. These unique fixtures feature mechanical ventilation that can exhaust heat outside the building when it's not wanted or into the building when the heat can be used.
