Engineered and designed by builders for builders, the QUAD-LOCK® BUILDING SYSTEM is THE advanced, second generation, stay-in-place insulating concrete formwork. The system consists of expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels that interlock, and are interconnected with ties that positively lock the system together in four directions. Once the concrete is placed within the forms the result is a SOLID concrete wall. You can choose 4", 6", 8" or 10" nominal concrete wall thickness.

The QUAD-LOCK BUILDING SYSTEM is infinitely versatile, allowing design flexibility unmatched in other types of concrete construction. Round or sculpted windows and doors; arches; gables; angles; brick ledges; siding; stuccos. Any and all shapes and finishes can be easily accommodated. Stem walls; bearing walls; tee walls; fire walls; sound walls. Above ground; below ground; basements; single storey; multiple storey; different wall thickness. QUAD-LOCK DOES IT ALL!
Fast, Simple, Accurate
Complete your forming in less than half the time needed for traditional forms (and insulate at the same time!), without special tools, equipment or skills. Save time. Save labor. Save money. Simply set the panels in place and install the ties as you go. One tie per foot. No pre-assembly required. Drop the rebar on the ties. Minimal simple bracing. Place the concrete. You're done! No need to strip forms. Virtually no waste. No jobsite power needed. Not only is your wall done, but so is your insulation! You can be sure of accuracy because all QUAD-LOCK components are molded and stamped to tight tolerances.
The Best Insulation
QUAD-LOCK panels are molded expanded polystyrene -- one of the best building insulation materials there is. They are impervious to moisture; they never sag; they don't deteriorate; no food value for insects and they're non toxic. They are an integral part of the building not an add-on. They completely insulate the entire wall surface, not just between studs! No cold spots. QUAD-LOCK assists qualification for many energy saving rebate programs. You want value -- YOU HAVE TRUE R-21.7 INSULATION VALUE WITHOUT FURTHER WORK OR COST! (R-25 equivalent).
Stronger Concrete
Concrete placed and cured within the QUAD-LOCK System will reach much higher compressive strength than in traditional forms. Because moisture and temperature are controlled within the QUAD-LOCK system, concrete strength is as much as 170% of concrete formed by traditional methods. This means less chance of cracking and fewer callbacks.
Technical Support
QUAD-LOCK has technically trained field representatives in your area whose job it is to help you do it right. They know construction and concrete. They can read and interpret plans. You'll have an installation guide that tells you exactly how to use the simple but effective QUAD-LOCK BUILDING SYSTEM. Your supplier has a detailed Product Manual complete with CAD drawings and covers all aspects of QUAD-LOCK. It's easy, You don't need special tools or skills.
